I like to use plastic cups. They can be used over and over again and they stack nicely for storing!

Basic food coloring produces some very vibrant colors!

1/2 c. rice, 6 drops of food coloring, 1/2 tsp. white vinegar.
Put rice in a cup, add food coloring and vinegar, mix thoroughly with fork. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil. Spread out the rice and bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes to dry the rice.
